National preferential policies for biomass energy projects
1、林业原料基地补助标准为2美元/公顷；农业原料 基地补助标准原则上核定为1.8美元/公顷 。
The subsidy standard for forestry raw material base is 2 USD per hectare, and for agriculture raw material base is approved in principle as1.8 USD per hectare.
2、可再生能源发电价格：实行政府定价和政府指导价两种形式。电价高于当地脱硫燃煤机组标杆上网电价的差额部分，在省级及以上电网分摊。

3、生物质发电项目上网电价（政府定价），由各省脱硫燃煤机组标杆上网电价加补贴电价组成。补贴电价标准为每千瓦时3.7美分（15年）
